As scrum master of agile development teams, scrum master will be responsible for sprint planning, backlog grooming, process controlling and improving as well as training existing development team members for the agile process.

What you'll do...
LogicMonitor Scrum Master helps to manage / control / smooth development of the industry-leading SaaS-based datacenter monitoring solutionusing the agile process. As scrum master of agile development teams, scrum master will be responsible for sprint planning, backlog grooming, process controlling and improving as well as training existing development team members for the agile process.
Position Responsibilities
Act as scrum master for 3-5 small scrum teams with a focus on guiding / facilitating the teams towards improving the way they work.
Facilitate sprint planning, retrospective and sprint demos
Assist the product owner / manager with keeping the backlog groomed
Coach / mentor product and development team members to adopt scrum process and improve development process as a whole.
Ensure cross-team coordination, maintain relevant metrics to help team see what and how they are doing. Be able to act as a project manager when necessary
Position Requirements
Master in scrum process and familiar of the various software development methodology
3+ years experience working in variety of agile environment and 1+ year as a scrum master
Ability to work with minimal supervision in a very dynamic and timeline sensitive work environment
Ability to hold team members accountable, set clear performance standards, resolve performance issues, keep team engaged and on assigned tasks
Ability to understand technical issues at a high level and be able to address needs efficiently and effectively
Desired Characteristics
Be enthusiastic and strongly self-motivated
Proved leadership and soft skills. Excellent team player and team builder and good leader by examples
Ability to embrace change / willing to continuous improvement
Excellence in communication and collaboration with different types of persons (developers, team leaders, product managers ...)
Willing to help others and actively seeking helps from others to achieve a team success
