职位描述：

· Prepare PPAP submission per program timing defined.

·Understand customer appearance criteria (such as BMW/Toyota/GM) and finish appearance inspection WI and arranging training to trainer.

· Prepare and sign boundary sample with customer before SOP.

·Prepare and revise control plan in different period of program trial and make sure it align with working instruction.

· Preparing customers audit (PZS) and visit before SOP.

·Tracking and consolidating quality validations;

·Following up the procedures’ system, deploys and training people;

·Realizing regularly audits that best practices are applied;

·Coordinating and facilitate the deployment of process quality documentation.

具体要求：

·Mechanical Engineering and/or Technical university degree;

·Production technical and quality backgrounds are required;

·Knowledge of quality tools such as SPC, capabilities, PFMEA, MSA, PPAP;

· Fluent oral and written English;

·Good report and presentation skill is required;

·Must be organized and result oriented, able to work in a team and under pressure

·Must be able to constructively deal with strict deadlines.

·Molding/plating experience is preferred.

·Travel abroad is required.
