Key Responsibilities

主要工作职责

1. Source sales leads in designated market segments;

根据行业细分市场，搜集整理客户信息

2. Assist to manage sales leads flow in CRM system;

协助负责客户信息在CRM系统中的流转（录入，分配，维护，更新，监督等）

3. Assist to manage and analyze customer development progress in each individual segmented markets;

协助整理分析各行业市场的客户跟进及成交情况

4. Assist to set up and implement customer development strategy

协助制定和落实开发客户的策略

Qualifications

任职资格

1. Prefer to have least 1 years working experience in lead generation & business development; Fresh graduates with great mind is also welcomed

至少一年客户信息开发和市场拓展工作经验,同时也欢迎优秀的应届毕业生

2. Well organized, Detail oriented;

做事条理清晰，细致

3. Proactive attitude towards work and open minded, Outside-the-box thinking;

积极主动的工作态度和开放，不拘一格的思维方式

4. Great IT skills ( Microsoft software/systems );

优秀的电脑操作技能，能熟练操作Microsoft办公软件及客户信息系统

5. Ability to read and write basic English ( Spoken English is not essential ) .

具有基本的英文读写能力（英语口语能力不是必须的）
