Job Purpose:
This is an entry level position in Continental Finance Service Center China (FSCC) to ensure all financial documentation well filling and archived and also to ensure documents incoming and outgoing well organized.

Job Description:
- Ensure incoming invoice and other financial documents well performed.
- Scan AP invoice into OCR system.
- Ensure outgoing VAT invoice and other financial documents well performed.
- Ensure all financial documentation well filling and archived.
- Perform weekly DC filling status report.
- Weekly follow up filing status.

Job Requirements:
- Junior college with diploma in accounting related majors.
- Basic knowledge in SAP system and Microsoft Office applications.
- Basic knowledge in business English.
