职位描述
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Develop budgets and forecasts to drive Rotary/ Chief sales in the appointed regions.
Work closely with the sales director of Rotary Lift Asia to establish a strategic direction sales growth in the region with supporting objectives, plans, and action items to achieve the strategic goals.
Create and establish the efficient distribution network to insure an appropriate amount of coverage in the region.
Where appropriate develop distributors and formulate programs that build loyalty, maintain high level relationships, and assure that each distributor represents the brands to their best of their ability.
Personally establish high level contacts with the Automotive OEM’s and key accounts offices in the region.
Make end-users calls to support sales efforts of accounts/distribution and to learn about sales/quality/application issues of product.
Highly efficient utilization of sales force automation tools of PDA, computer, field presentation projector, field cameras, Rotary/Chief web site, etc.
Provide timely communication with supervisor and/or management – including monthly reports - on all events in the region that could affect the company, including competitive issues, product quality, and/or service issues.
Train and mentor distribution/accounts in the utilization and continual access of Rotary/Chief’s technology tools and systems.
Promote and execute marketing plans, sales tools, new products, and other company programs to corresponding channels and/or users.
Conduct product training in the field as necessary and ensure that customers, distributors, etc receive product training at national meetings, scheduled meetings, etc as needed.
Qualifications & Experience
· Excellent communication skills – Builds up business relationship and trust with customers by regular visit and good communication.
· Continuous Improvement & Problem Solving - Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner. Performs root-cause analysis and implements viable, permanent solutions to regional issues. Uses technical/analytical abilities to assure existing work practices are the most efficient and cost effective possible.
· Change Management - Develops workable implementation plans; Builds commitment and overcomes resistance.
· Ethics & Work Standards - Maintains the highest ethical and work standards, while promoting the same attributes in subordinates, business partners, and vendors.
· Education and/or Experience: Requires skills and abilities consistent with a 4-year college degree in Business, Management or a related field, or commensurate experience. Minimum 5 years sales and/or sales management experience, preferably in the auto repair technology or industry. Background working in or managing distribution channels.
· Communication Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents. Ability to respond effectively to sensitive inquiries or complaints.
· Language Skills: Must be fluent in English, including reading, listening and speaking.
· Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual must have a thorough understanding of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite is required.
· Travel: Must be willing to travel as necessary - including both domestic and international travel.
