职位描述
Job purpose:
Implement the Manufacturing Support Services programs, including factory auditing, in-coming materials quality control, in-process quality inspection, corrective action implementation, pre-shipment quality inspection, and container loading supervision, etc, with help of lab engineers and off-site team leader. Improve work efficiency, report accuracy, flexibility, and reduce cost of our MSS programs with support of project coordinator.
Job responsibility:
1. Help team leader to follow in up the daily QC work of Zhuhai project when there is a need. (协助外勤小组长跟进珠海项目每天的质量控制工作)
2. Implement assigned inspection and auditing tasks in different required locations.（执行指定的验货或者验厂任务，可能会根据需要安排出差）
3. Modifying inspection report format according to customers’ products specifications and issue report timely after inspections.（根据产品规格要求修改验货报告格式，并且在验货完毕后及时发送验货报告）
4. Come up with suggestions to improve MSS working procedures to improve report accuracy, lead time, and reduce project cost.（提出改进MSS项目工作流程建议来提高报告精确度，降低项目成本）
5. Conduct inspector training per documented training plans and additional training plans deemed necessary.（对验货员按计划进行培训以及实施任何其他认为必要的培训）
Job requirements
1. Minimum 3 years working experience in Inspection& certification industry（三年以上检验认证行业工作经验）.
2. Familiar with sampling plan and inspection standards（熟悉抽样计划及验货标准）.
3. Good command of English. Can read and write reports in English（良好的英文书写和阅读能力，可以独立完成英文报告书写）.
4. Patient, careful, and honest（诚实，耐心，细心）.
5. Willing to travel（愿意接受出差任务）.
