Main Responsibilities

.Programme Management
1.Progress Tracking & Reporting
2.Co-ordinate delivery timeframes of direct contract packages

.Construction Co-ordination
1.Co-ordinate site works of separable direct contract packages with General Contractor
2.Attend weekly progress meetings

.Quality Management
1 .Ensure contractor implementation and compliance with requirements of approved Quality Control Plan
2.Attend inspection of all separable trade works
3.Manage documentation and record of inspections

.Health & Safety
1.Ensure contractor implementation and compliance with requirements of approved Site Health & Safety Plan
2.Attend Site safety meetings

.Liaison with Authorities
1.Attend any meetings with authorities

Requirement
1.Minimum 8 years experience in Project Management & Administration in the Construction Sector
2.Demonstrated experience in Shanghai on similar projects
3.Bi-Lingual (Fluency English language & writing capabilities essential)
