岗位职责

1.善于引导设计人员开发创作。
2.整合已有的资源及以往的活动经验。
3.整合客户的活动要求，做出方案的整体规划，创意性思路及想法。
4.协调创意制作部与执行部及其他相关部门之间的工作关系。
5.发掘并提升部门成员的综合能力，进行专业培训及指导
6.定期提交创意部发展计划，配合创意部人员的招聘工作


岗位要求：
1.五年以上相关工作经验，如特别优秀，工作年限可放宽至三年。
2.有奢侈品行业市场工作经验优先
3.具备品牌策略观念，创作视野开阔
4.良好语言表达和沟通能力，具备团队思维
5.具备良好的专业能力，有可以追溯的成功经验
6.创作欲望强烈，创意构思独特、表现力强，具有良好的团队协作精神
