The aim of the position is:
This position will assure that Vaillant smooth new product launch.It provides quality interface and expertise for early new product development. Serve to establish and maintain quality management systems, which including administration of, new product development and launch, prototype manufacturing support, inspection and test, and early new product development customer relations. Par-ticipate in all aspects of product development and launch activities until SOP and all safe lunch activities completed and reviewed.

Description:
- APQP and supplier quality strategic planning and management
- Responsible contact (internal and external) for all quality related issues
- Accomplishment of systematic quality planning in projects to ensure qualitative, on scheduled and cost optimised starts of production as well as achieve high level of quality during live time of products
- Generate advanced product quality planning (APQP) with the customers, suppliers, production team and RD
- Creation of quality plans, verification of product producibility, collaboration on design and process FMEA
- Conception of test fixtures, arrange construction and monitor completion as well as keeping costs within planned budget
- Ensure quality requirements are adhered to during the product design phase
- New product quality planning; Quality control and quality problem following-up for developing process
- Test Planning for new product release; Testing performance and problem following up
- Type test & Batch release for series production and following-up for quality improvement
- Plan the test concept, and create the control plan and test documents
- Participate in new product development, assess and release the defined stages of product development


- Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical, automotive manufacturing, electrical, or other comparable engineering area
- Familiar with ISO9001 and standards of GWH & boiler
- Familiar with APQP/PPAP/FMEA/SPC/Control Plan/MSA/8D etc...
- Fluent English speaker
- Team sprit and good communication skill
- Three years and above related experience in heating industry, manufacturing environment
