Key Responsibilities 工作职责

1.Samples all things related to samples (express tracking number, sample preparing, sample fees, update daily and weekly)

样品 - (打印快递单,打包样品,记录快递单号,及时更新单号给销售,样品单的维护，包括计算样品费用，每周/天更新一次)；

2.Invoices - all things related to invoice sending to customer (express tracking number, update daily)

发票 - (快递发票，并记录单号，以便于之后的跟踪,每天更新一次)；

3.Backup for customer service in inputing Ammex order into Ammex GP system in case the CS staff unavailable.

客服人员不在时，临时接手其工作 (把公司所有订单输入到GP)；

4.Ammex order - Helping out of office sales reps in making the order, confirm prices and quantities

公司订单 - 销售外出，与其沟通处理好订单，与客户做好沟通, 确认好价格和数量；

5.Documentation-Helping out all sales reps in documentation (fax, scan, filing)

文件管理 - 帮助其扫描传真文件；

6.Other work - Help the team leaders and sales manager on work related stuff when needed

其他工作 - 销售主管和销售经理的安排的其他工作 - 报告,邮件, 等；

Job Specification 任职资格

1.Diploma or Bachelor degree,fresh graduate is prefer

大专或大学专科学历

2.Good computer and office software skills

良好的电脑和办公软件操作技能

3.Hard Worker, Reliable, Honest, and Dependable
