RESPONSIBILITIES
? Support plant managers, BU leaders and plant controller
? As succession plan of plant controller, being provided opportunities to develop and being considered for future Controller openings
? Support the plants as well as Wuxi DCTC in annual business plan creation and budget control.
? Complete the monthly forecasting process by compiling forecasting models and loading the data into corporate Hyperion system
? Prepare adequate financial analyses for the supporting plants and Bus
? Create robust project expense tracking mechanism to support project team
? Ensure the plants financial controls / systems are robust and effective including SOX Compliance
? Support preparation of capital appropriation request
? Support plant and BD in business case creation and review.
? Ensure that all accounting policies, procedures, and schedules are adhered to relevant plants or BUs

QUALIFICATIONS
? Excellent interpersonal communication skills in both English and Chinese
? Bachelor degree in finance or accounting
? Experience in managing all financial aspects of an organization, excellent analytical skills, good knowledge and experience in general accounting cycle, including budget preparation, profit planning and capital expenditure management, strong cost accounting background
? Experience with SOX
? Proficient with MS packages (Excel, Word, Project, and PowerPoint)
? Good experience of manufacturing ERP systems
? Knowledge of Hyperion system will be desirable
? Motivated to achieve increased responsibility, meet deadlines, and processing both the ability and commitment to work effectively
? Able to organize and manage multiple projects
? Willingness to work extra hours as needed
? Uncompromising judgment towards confidentiality and business ethics
