This position may require to work in Nanba, Dazhou City. Work schedule is 28 days on, 28 days off. Company will provide accommodations on days on. Transportation is to be provided from home location to Nanba. Salary is paid 12 month period. Please provide CV in Chinese and English.


Job Description:

General Translation/Interpretation
1.Provide day-to-day oral and written Interpretation and translation for Nanba site FE Inspection group on specific Nondestructive Testing and Inspection documents/tasks.
2.Provide oral translation for meetings/training sessions with National staff, government officials, contractors, and vendors.
3.Translate and review Field Operations documents: well site daily, weekly reports, emails, Operations inspections/audits, reports and other documentation as needed.
4.Coordinate the Field Operations interpreters and other field based interpreters to perform large or fast turnaround translation works required both in and out of Field Operations Team.


Technical Translation/ Interpretation:
1. Manage all Inspection Work Requests in field and track all Work Permits in the Field.Review and interpret key inspection data. Coordinate Gas Plant inspection data with the CDB AIM Analyst.
2.Support the Fixed Equipment Inspection Coordinator with communication and documentation between Contractors providing services to Operations.
3.Track daily contractor permits and work tickets and review submitted invoices for proper allocation to cost centers and AFEs.
Maintain other Inspection and NDT documents as required.
4.Coordinate site safety meetings for NDT Technical Services company, prepare documentation for the same.

Technical Skills:
Must have the ability to:
1.Understand basic NDT and inspection terminology.
2.Perform data entry and data management with instruction from Document controller and Inspectors. Ability to coordinate work packages from the Visions Integrity Data Management System.
3.Interpret technical specifications, read and understand piping and vessel drawings.
4.Place orders within JDE E1, updating related records
5.Preparing work request with work scope and materials needed to accomplish requested task
6.Assist with JSA’s, Chesm Audits, and MSW audits.
7.Degree in engineering or technology preferred but not required.
8.Must have at least 2 years in the Oil and Gas Industry.

Safety Focus :
Works closely with FE Inspection Supervisor and HES Department to develop and implement a program that includes, safety training, behavioral based safety observation program, compliance reviews, audits, RCA’s, emergency spreparedness, near-miss/incidents reporting, safety meetings, training classes and process improvement initiatives.
