职位描述
工作职责
一.校准
1.根据制定好的校准计划和质量标准定期的组织团队校准会议
2.定期的组织会议分享成功的案例和经验
3.跟踪并汇报校准会议中的问题和反馈
4.按时的记录并提交标准报告
二.FI品牌客户调查
1.跟踪回访投诉客户，找到客户不满意的原因
2.监控FI品牌的客户满意度/客户推荐度结果，确定是否达成目标
3.每周将FI品牌组客户成功派遣率和返回率的短信回访调查结果发给给主管，在调查结果不好时要提高注意
4.当调查报告比较少即不足以反映真实的服务质量时，需要采用电话的方式进行调查
5.在每月月初时保证调查结果的可行性
6.监控需要发给客户或其他部门的客户调查原始数据
三.绩效奖金政策培训
1.定期给FI的新员工组织绩效奖金政策的培训
2.保证每位员工理解考核的方法并认识到需要提高的地方
3.处理申诉，根据申诉处理流程处理员工的申诉
4.完成质量分析主管和培训经理布置的其他任务
任职要求
1.2年以上运营中心,投诉处理/质量监控的工作经验，有组长经验的优先
2.良好的英语听写能力
3.严格按照现有流程处理问题，开放性思维，注重解决方法
4.良好的组织能力，积极主动，充满活力
5.学习能力强
6.良好的沟通
7.熟练使用Office软件，尤其是Excel.
8.高效的日常工作处理能力
9.良好的语言表达及书面表达能力
