职位描述

?Job Responsibilities

? Responsible for planning & managing all sales activities in North/East China
? Responsible for evaluating the building materials market in North/East China
? Sell to and serve with a dedicated sales team to the building material market
? Develop new market in North/East China
? Identify the potential clients, develop and maintain contacts with them
? Make yearly business forecast, sales plan, assign to individual staff and manage to meet the aggressive sales targets
? Set up client database and profiles
? Work closely with sales team on all major contracts
? Take part in negotiations of major contracts
? Coordinate & manage the project and on-the-site job
? Follow up orders, solve problems and ensure prompt payment from clients
? Manage & coach staff members

? Qualifications
? Proven skills in Project Sales and Project Management
? Major in City Planning, Architecture or Construction and Mechanics
? Five or more years in a relevant position
? Previous experiences in building materials or German companies preferred
? Passionate salesman
? Ability to make good business decisions
? Excellent communicator
? Self motivated and aggressive, able to work under pressure
? Ability to manage a team to achieve targets
? Ethical, devoted to work
? Proactive, positive, full of passion and hardworking
? Good command of written and spoken English
