POSITION: Executive Assistant

LOCATION: SHANGHAI


Description:


Take administrative responsibility for the efficient running of the office.

Provide wide range of day-to-day administrative support, coordinate meetings, conferences,

Insurance management and warehouse quality control assist.

Bid preparation and company filing system management assist

Prepare presentations, documents, reports and correspondence in a timely and accurately manner.




Requirements:


- College degree or above, majority in logistics, commercial or English language is preferred

- Excellent communication skills with excellent oral & written English

- 1 years above related working experience in foreign company

- Proficient in MS Office, especially excellent skill in PowerPoint, Excel & Word;

- Good organization ability
