职位描述
岗位职责：
1) 基于 iOS 平台进行应用程序开发和调试；
2) 负责程序架构规划、设计研究，设计和实现、关键技术验证和选型等工作；
3) 带领并指导开发工程师、程序员进行代码开发/单元测试等工作 ；
4) 负责制订代码规范, 编整技术文档
任职资格：
1) 精通Objective-C，输了掌握面向对象编程的思想； 数据结构等基础知识；
2) 两年及以上手机应用实际开发经验，三年以上 iOS 开发经验，六年以上 C/C+/Java 开发经验
3) 精通 Mac OSX、XCode、Cocoa Pods、TestFlight、GAE 等开发工具；
4) 精通IOS SDK中的 Core Graphics、Core Data、网络、数据库、XML/JSON解析等开发技巧；
5) 有多个完整的 iOS 项目经验，有独立开发设计的能力，至少有一个完全独立开发的商业级应用；
6) 熟悉 APP 端与服务器端的数据传输/交换, 有扎实的数据库架构经验, 精通 json/xml解释, http/web service socket 数据传输等相关技术
7) 具有良好的表达和沟通能力，思路清晰，较强的责任心、团队精神以及动手能力，能承担较大工作压力。
8) 同时了解iOS/Android 多平台者优先；
Technical Skills Required
* 3+ years experience with Objective-C and Cocoa
* 6+ years experience with Java, C# or other OO language
* Must know how to administer builds on both Cocoa Pods and TestFlight
* Core Graphics, Core Data & SqlLite experience
* You must have developed at least 1 Universal App from start to finish
* Expert in object-oriented design, data structures, UI constructs
* Memory management, concurrency, RESTful APIs, dynamic and static libraries
* Helpful to have working knowledge of at least one backend framework, such as PHP, Grails, Rails, node.js, Python, or Spring
Other Requirements
* Love of all things Apple, iPhone, iPad, AppleTV and Airplay - and mobile apps in general
* Must have the ability to give feedback to designers regarding iOS abilities and limitations
* Great problem solving skills - we're pushing the limits of what can be done on mobile devices
* Strong oral and written communication skills - you must be able to collaborate with designers, product management and directly with senior management
* Knowledge of both iOS and android development is a plus
