Responsibilities;
Collect and interpret information on customers’ present and future needs and format this information into “Master Specifications” for new product development.
Develop related product pricing strategies.
Ensure product differentiation for AC and Multi brand products.
Work closely with the Regional Marketing Managers, Divisional Product Managers and Business Line Managers to develop projects from initial feasibility through full market introduction within the set time frame and according to our quality standards.
Responsibility for the product launches and sales competence development in order to provide the customer centers with the very best Value Selling proposition in the industry.
Watch closely the development of existing product range and initiate actions for improvement to the products and continually push to improve the PK
Ensure that all the products gain market share globally and follow the sales development of the product in each of the customer centers.
Make professional market and application analysis.
Follow in detail all competitive moves and continuously benchmark the competition performance against Atlas Copco.
Support the Customer Centers with training material and conduct training to improve product knowledge, application knowledge, sales arguments and competitor information.
Guide the customer centers in the business development.
Monitor and update marketing publications and literature including printed and internet based.

Experience requirements
Experience in compressors is a must.
Minimum 5 years relevant experience in sales or marketing.
Solid understanding of the sales channels and service process of Portable Energy products.
Entrepreneurial spirit to generate new business ideas.
Project management experience.
Background of proven results

Educational requirements
University degree in Engineering.
Commercial and technical experience.
Very good knowledge of English. Additional languages are an advantage.
Solid understanding of Lotus Notes and MS Office. BPCS knowledge is an advantage.
