The aim of the position is: Responsible for quality assurance & control and supplier management

Tasks: Description:

Supplier development
- Evaluating suppliers in accordance to the guideline from headquarter in Europe
- Identifying strong and weak points
- Developing an improvement plan for the supplier
- Following up in accordance with this improvement plan

Quality assurance & control
- Quality check on parts that will be delivered to Vaillant need to be done
- Guide our specifications/drawings and samples
- Participation at an early stage in development activities, projects and transfer of processes and articles to the plant, in quality, inspection and planning.
- Supervision of and reporting on quality performance to General Man-ager of the plant


Training
- Preparation and implementation of training on all matters related to quality and supplier management at the plant

Others
- Responsible for all issues related to quality/supplier management

Requirement:
Education / Know-how
and experience / training: Bachelor degree or above in Engineering; familiar with the main tools; strong responsibility & team spirit; strong communication skill both in Mandarin and English; willing to travel.
