· POSITION OBJECTIVE
Answer calls and arrange field service schedule for customers and our filed service engineers.
· MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Answer tech support calls and field service calls.
2. Arrange field service schedule for the customer and inform service schedule to customer and service engineer. Register the service cases in CRM system.
3. Field service quotes and collect service payment.
4. Enter field service orders into JDE.
5. Escalate the complicated questions to application engineers
6. Post spare parts to service engineers.
7. Administrate borrowing spare parts.
8. Others, including CST team administrative affairs.
9. Complete other jobs assigned by manager

Must have strong communications skills, both verbal and written. Must have demonstrated proficiency, evidenced by above average performance reviews or by making notable contributions in a previous position within the company.

· EDUCATION/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE
Four-year technical degree in instruments, automation or engineering; At least 1 year experience as an Instruments or Electronic engineer or service engineer in Process Control Industry; Familiar with flowmeters is a plus.
