职位描述
- POSITION OBJECTIVE
To undertake the routine sales / contract administration and quotation work, thus to free-up the Sales Engineers to spend more time outside of the office to visit customers and make sales calls.
- MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Work with the sales engineers to generate proposal, quotes and conduct technical evaluations.
2.Wok with sales engineer on preparing bidding related technical files.
3.Generate orders, booking summaries and other relevant documents. Solve unclean order issues
4.Take owner ship to handle customer feedback and proactively solve by self or find resource to do
5.Assist the sales engineer to handle customer calls and requests, especially when the sales engineers are not in the office.
6.Responsible for the monthly quotation log, contract log and necessary sales administration reports.
- SCOPE
1.Assist the specified sales team of sales engineers, who have a combined booking order.
2.Interaction with EPM supervisory and mid-management level personnel and the order / contract administrator in factory.
3.Interaction with customers at engineer and mid-management level regarding delivery status, payment issues, ordering process, etc.
- JOB COMPETENCIES
1.Mask automation instrumentation operation principle.
2.Must have strong communications skills, both verbal and written.
3.Team player willing to perform any duties to provide exceptional services to exceed customer expectations.
4.Outgoing, sociable and independent.
5.Work knowledge of computers.
