Mainly responsibilities

-Test new ingredients and new applications in confectionery products including tablet, soft candy, milk candy, etc.

-Test new ingredients and new application in food emulsion system

-Support sales team in formula creation, demo sample preparation and new ingredients testing

-Organize innovation events for key customers in relevant area

-Maintain lab facilities, source new equipments

Job Requirements

-Bachelor degree or above, Major in Food Science/Technogy

-Hard working, honest, passion for food, open-minded, detail-oriented

-Able to manage the project independently and consistently

-Effective communication with sales team to support the business

-Able to go into details when exposed to new things

-Creative thinking in developing new formulas to fit into industry needs

-Good command with computer skills (excel, word, powerpoint, etc)

-Fluent in English writing, speaking and reading
