工作性质：应用开发环境的部署（包括安装，配置，支持，以及少量客户化定制），提升应用开发项目的自动化水平与标准化水平
基本要求：本科学历；开发或系统配置相关工作经验1年，或其他相当的经验/能力；英语6级或相当的书面/口头沟通能力；较强的学习能力。
技能要求：
1）计算机语言：学习并使用过：Java， SQL，熟悉Eclipse 开发环境；
2）Web/Application server: 安装配置过以下任一系统者优先考虑： Tomcat/Apache/Weblogic/Websphere
3）有以下系统的安装配置经验者优先考虑：Windows server, SQL server, Rational Team Concert，Rational Jazz Server.
4）有以下工作经验者优先考虑：配置管理，测试管理
5）有以下工作经验者优先考虑：MVC, struts2, hibernate, spring
