Responsibility:
- Field Quality Engineer for ST & ex-STE products in Samsung China Location support
- Verifying and resolving customer’s complaints (technical and commercial issues) through liaising with division/ plant/ warehouse forecast management with customer, sales & planning
- Managing customer’s request through liaising with division/plant/warehouse

Requirement:
- BS in Electronics or equivalent
- Min 4 years of experience in front-end or back-end as experience
- Engineer or Customer complaint management is preferred
- Frequent customer visit to several Samsung locations in China.
- Fluent English speaking and writing skill
