Reporting line
Chief Business Representative Great China
Job scope
Marketing
Be the force of recommendations for marketing strategy to ensure that China business target to be achieved
Provide the marketing and promotional tools to sales teams and distributors
Design and launch marketing and promotions and evaluate performances to report to Management
Update and upkeep all marketing materials to be in line with Corporate Identity with the support of the Marketing Manager for Asia-Pacific based in Singapore
Be responsible for the Marketing Budget
Identifying best practice with new supply-chain and retail route (net, retail chains)
Work with local Distributors and the sales team to achieve the yearly marketing plans
Build up and lead a Marketing Team
Establish and improve the brand equity in China along with Motul’s strategy
Communication, Community
Prepare brief, define media planning and handle relationship with the different company’s Communication Vendors (web, advertising, design)
Implement promotional campaigns and manage communications tools (advertising, website, sponsoring, etc.)
Provide information to Central Marketing to be included in websites, international news etc
Train staff and distributors on the corporate identity protocols and processes
Location
Shanghai with travels across China
Required skills
7-10 years experience in similar position, lubricant or automotive background could be a plus.
Degree in marketing and/or chemical disciplines advantageous
Motorsports enthusiast a plus
Strong team player
High energy personality, pro-active and self-starter
Frequent travel is requested
