Description
To develop and maintain basic knowledge about the customer and the relevant network elements to support
To Customer Service Request (CSR) handling and escalation in line with contractually agreed criteria and lead time
Registration of new "known solutions" and updating of existing "known solutions" based on the answers/ solutions developed within the own organization or received from else where
Support of installation, update and upgrade work on installed base
Troubleshooting of in-service problems
Technical consultation
Provide 24-hour emergency support

Qualifications
Bachelor degree or above in Telecommunication / Information Technology or related discipline
At least 2 years of hands-on experience in Telecom / Datacom industry
Unix/Linux and Server administrator experience is a must
Basic knowledge in both GSM and WCDMA network
Cisco CCNP and / or Juniper certification is an advantage
Knowledge of Ericsson technologies is a definite asset
A good team player with excellent interpersonal and analytical skills
Self initiative, independent and able to work under pressure
Strong passion in learning new technologies and willing to share knowledge with colleagues and customers
Fluent in spoken & written English and Chinese. Mandarin speaking is a plus.
