Position:Sales Director-Logistics Automation
Purpose of position:
Sales Director must comply with company principle/rules to help and develop assigned industries sales strategy and short-term/mid-term and long-term objectives, to develop and maintain and manage assigned industries sales team, distributor, to form excellent industry sales team, to boost assigned industries sales turnover and market share to achieve the goals assigned by company.

Job responsibilities:

1. Understand and accept company culture and rules of Management and Operation for all function related to Sales operations
2. Set up Mid-term and Long-term plan to capture rapidly changing market, ensure the consistency & alignment between assigned industries and company.
3. Be overall responsible for the assigned industries performance and management, supervise related activities in line with the company's principles and policies.
4. Set assigned industries sales strategy and optimize sales organization to maximize business opportunities. by supporting MD and working with other related parties. Set assigned industries sales policies, sales management and working procedure, including distributor and OEM management guideline/policy.
5. Evaluate assigned industries performance KPI, optimize resource allocation and aligned with company policy.
6. Develop recruitment strategy to uplift talent pool. Identify High potential candidates and developmental plans, develop succession plan roadmap within key position.
7. Analyze the relevant business status in the given market and provide action plan accordingly.
8. Establish, manage and develop domestic sales network, including distributors
9. Manage functional expense within budget. Be overall responsible for sales cost; Co-work with PM for pricing management.

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor degree of electronic and electrical engineering, industrial automation or Physics science
2. At least 10 years in sales or marketing, should be familiar with the products and applications similar with SICK's products in related focus industry fields, among the 10 years, at least 5 years at manager position.
3. Excellent in Excel and good command in other Office applications; Very good command in writing and oral English.
4. Business Acumen; In depth sensor application/or automation component application know-how in the targeted industry; Negotiation skill; Market analytical skill; Customer Knowledge; Building Relationship with Customer; Prospecting and Networking.
5. Customer Focus; Respect and Trust; Collaboration; Communication; Innovation; Building Successful Team; Coaching; Facilitating Change; Driving for Result; Planning and Organizing; Decision Making.
