About Assurance:
Assurance offers a wide range of services, including audit, assurance & business advisory, systems & process assurance, initial public offerings and other capital market transactions, which help clients develop their businesses and become more successful.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting managers / senior managers in leading a team of professionals in carrying out audit fieldwork and assurance assignments in all industries;
• Working closely with clients and team members in order to provide quality assurance services; and
• Providing coaching to junior team members.

Requirements:

• University degree, preferably in auditing, accounting, finance or other commercial oriented disciplines;
• China CPA qualification preferred;
• Minimum two years' relevant experience in big4 or more than three years' relevant experience in local CPA firm;
• Solid base in PRC accounting/taxation practices and regulations;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong command of English and Mandarin;
• Good client relationship management skills;
• Good problem solving and decision making skills;
• Team player, dynamic and hardworking; and
• Willing to travel.
