工作职责：
根据客户要求和公司资源，为客户提供量身定做的培训解决方案；
开拓客户资源，保持良好的客户关系特别是同大客户的长期合作关系。

任职要求：
a) 有大型企业三年以上工作经验，对大型企业内部的沟通和管理问题有较为深入的理解；
b) 良好的销售能力及至少五年以上的项目销售经验，有培训行业销售经验的优先考虑；
c) 性格稳重、成熟；愿意不断学习；
d) 较强的逻辑思维和文字能力，能深刻理解课程；
e) 良好的人际关系和维护客户满意度和忠诚度的能力；
f) 有大客户销售和服务经验的优先考虑；
g) 全日制大学本科以上学历，良好的英文沟通能力；
h) 个性开朗积极，有亲和力。
