任职要求：
1、性别不限， 25岁～ 35岁， 大专学历以上，三年以上给排水或建筑材料销售经验；
2、热爱销售，能吃苦耐劳，积极进取，有较强的学习和业务拓展能力；
3、口头表达能力强,具有良好的客户公关能力,能承受较大的工作压力；
4、富有挑战精神和团队合作精神。

工作职责：
1、负责客户开发，完成销售任务目标，深入了解市场状况，建立本区域内稳固、完善的客户网络，树立公司品牌形象，提升品牌竞争力；

2、建立和保持与现有和潜在客户的关系，工作要求对现有和潜在客户的大量拜访；
3、准备定期工作报告，包括：销售活动、合同结束，销售追踪和指标完成情况；

4、与客户沟通，寻找新产品和新的商业机会，发展特定项目，获得商业信息，通过与客户的销售活动获得反馈信息。
