工作职责：

• Run daily safety, production and quality meeting to ensure targets are met. Follow up on shop floor with checks, layered audits and coaching.
• Ensure that processes and people are developed and improved so that future capacities, launches and business targets can be met
• Assist in the planning, directing and coordinating the operations of production. Assist in development of schedules based on product information, equipment efficiency and materials supply.
• Ensure all Manufacturing documents are current, correct and distributed where required.
• Ensure that all necessary calibrations and equipment tests are completed and logged.
• Responsible for timely and accurate monthly production plan.
• Develop the annual manufacturing plan and objectives to meet and support company goals. Direct and monitor departments to accomplish goals set out in the manufacturing plan.
• Ensure compliance with all current federal, state and local regulation.
• Establish clear measurable goals and objectives and drive individuals and the team to continuously improve in key operational metrics.
• Demonstrate integrity and enthusiasm in striving for excellence, focused on continuous improvement in manufacturing.
  

职位要求：

• Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanics. MBA is desirable
• Track record of successful China operation management experience, evidencing increasing levels of leadership and managerial responsibilities with a minimum of 10 years manufacturing/operations experience and at least 5 years in a senior management role within multi-national companies in China.
• Prior experience within the same industry or in the automotive industry is strongly preferred.
• Practical lean manufacturing experience and advanced quality systems are a must.
• Prior experience in the start up of a business in China is an added bonus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in both spoken and written English and Mandarin.Production management, Quality processes, People skills and HR processes,Finance skills.
