KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Implement the regional VM direction, formulation local VM programs with consistency ;

· Work very closely with corporate VM on new direction, requirements and materials;

· To plan and manage annual VM budget

· To plan and manage annual VM calendar of programs

· Plan, executive and monitor VM programs and in-store display with retail campaigns and promotional / seasonal change-over;

· Ensure consistency to brand image and work closely with wholesale and retail team;

· Overall responsible for all visual duties in stores including store display, fixture arrangements and store windows;

· Plan window dressing concepts, large window displays and In store display items that is needed in the market

· Plan of seasonal In store POSM and materials base on agreed seasonal flowchart

· Source and coordinate with the distribution of materials to stores with timely delivery and installation;

· To initiate special VM programs with supporting guidelines and implementation action plans for local festivals and nationwide retail activation programs

· Provide VM support and guidelines for specific Marketing programs such as the mini display and road show programs

· To conduct regular training programs and development programs such as Train the Trainer programs and seasonal VM training programs to improve overall VM standards nationally

· To provide VM support in all ECCO related events

· Proactively plan and implement VM approach for annual sales conference activities

· Management of VM in the Showroom

· Other projects and assigned from immediate supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS

· Diploma in Art / Design or relevant majors;

· 2 years of experience in similar position with International brand preferred;

· Strong sense of fashion sense and visual art;

· Outgoing, self-motivated and positive;

· Good interpersonal skill, communication skill and team work;

· Proficient in English and Chinese.
