OVERALL OBJECTIVES

The objectives of the positions are:

· Provide proper support and service to all ECCO customers in the market;

· Ensure a close and continual dialogue with distributors / HQ and Agent/ 3PL;

· Make sure that all relevant information is provided to the markets / customers;

· Ensure that the distributor and Local office, as well as HQ are informed about any deviations as well as key activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1) Take a lead to ensure smooth Logistics process, and continually improve efficiency.

2) Work closely with 3PL, improve service level to customers.

3) Creating and updating KPI and cost analysis, review the performance of the assigned third party logistics providers. Lead root cause analysis and provide improving solutions if any KPI failed.

4) Driving improvement projects and cost benefit studies;

5) Monitor orders delivery process from PDC to Shanghai warehouse, make sure incoming plan matches releasing plan, increase the in time order fulfilment to customer to 80%.

6) Monitor the inventory data to keep a high accuracy. Work with Merchandising, Sales and customer service department to keep a reasonable inventory level.

7) Monitor the inbound information wherever there is a change, and update available date of PO.

8) Be responsible for maintenance of price.

9) Be responsible for handling and reporting claims – unequal size and logistics. Claim to HQ on delay shipments or missing goods.

10) Resolve outstanding order issues with the customer and Sales. Communicate with HQ on delay orders, and update orders if necessary.

11) Keep good communication with the customers and company’s other departments in order to meet monthly billing plan.

12) Provide first time assistance to others in the team besides the above.

REQUIREMENTS

· College degree.

· Knowledge of SAP, and good PC skills (excellent MS Excel);

· With basic knowledge in sales order management, import & export area including custom clearance, inbound & outbound delivery, mainland transportation.

· Good command of oral and written English.

· 4 years above logistics working experience, 3 years order management experience required.

· Good analytical and problem solving skills.

· Strong sense of responsibilities. Can work under the pressure and independent.

· Strong team spirit and honest & reliable are required.
