OVERALL OBJECTIVES

This position will report to Finance Analysis Manager of ECCO (Shanghai) Co., Ltd and assist him/her in report review, budget/YEP, business analysis and internal control.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Annual budget and Quarterly forecast preparation

1.Collect and consolidate investment plan from all departments;

2.Collect and consolidate other capacity input from all departments;

3.Quarterly forecast update to investment and other capacity costs;

Reporting and Analysis

1. Assist with monthly review of group reports;

2. Analysis of sales weekly KPI;

3. Monthly analysis report of other capacity costs;

4. Assist with inventory analysis;

Controlling

1. Responsible for investment tracking;

2. Assist with internal control workshop;

Other ad hoc projects

REQUIREMENTS

1. University graduate with formal business qualification & at least 2-3 years experience in multinational company;

2. Must have experience in SAP;

3. Commitment to deadlines and tasks allocated;

4. Ability to work under pressure;

5. Strong analytical skills and proven problem solving skills;

6. Able to illustrate complicated issues in a simple manner;

7. Good English in writing and speaking;

8. Good communication skill, proactive and team player;
