职位描述
Job Title: AP Accountant 应付会计
Location: Beijing 北京
Key Responsibility
To maintain the accounts payable and its related balance sheet items for the books and records of the Company thru the JDE System in accordance with the Company accounting policies and statutory requirements.
l Bank reconciliation statement preparation and discrepancies investigation.
l Payment voucher preparation.
l Payment transaction preparation, and input to JDE System.
l Month end accounts payable accrual thru JDE System and ensure its quality to meet Company accounting policies and tax regulation.
l Month end fund flow forecast statement preparation.
l Cost analysis of income statement.
l Coordinate with finance & accounting counterparts within the region to perform the required accounting functions, and
l Response to inquires from vendors and internal customers regarding accounts payable status
l Maintain and upkeep the relevant accounting documents, and
l Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements
· Excellent communication skill in English and Chinese.
· Good PC skill and able to work under a computerized accounting environment.
· Finance and accounting general knowledge under the US GAAP and China GAAP.
· In- depth understanding of the western double-entry system is mandatory for this position. ISO knowledge is also expected for further career development within the Company.
· College degree in Finance and Accounting or equivalent – preferable with overseas accounting qualifications.
· 3 years related experience in accounts payable preferable gained from multinational corporations.
