岗位职责 Job description

1.客户信用情况初步评估及销售合同的商务条款评审，与销售人员沟通协调确认有关合同中细节的修改。

Credit assessment of contractor, Review commercial relevant terms, communication with sales for contract detailed clarification and modification if necessary.

2.起草并评估合同条款。与销售、财务、商务等相关部门紧密合作确保合同移交后能高效执行，协助支持合同执行结果验证。

Draft Contract content and Propose related assessment, Cooperate with Sales, Finance , Commerce and other relevant departments to ensure efficiency of contract process after transferred; assist verification of contract execution against contract.

3.负责建立合同的基础数据，以及相关合同数据查询、分析。流程执行和优化。

Documents Preparation, Monitoring and analysis of contract data. Follow up and improvement of internal processes.

4.协助销售处理关于疑难应收账款的风险控制。

Assist sales for management and risk control of the account receivable.

5.其他临时任务。

Additional contract related tasks ad hoc.

要求/Requirements:

1.商务外贸等相关专业

Majored in international trade, commerce or related. ；

2.具有两年以上的相关工作经验，有外贸合同经验者优先考虑；

2 years experience of relevant or above, working experience with international contract is preferred

3.资格预审，招投标，合同评审，合同管理，合同关闭全过程；

Familiar with the whole process of pre-qualification, tendering, contract review, contract management, contract close.

4.合同条款的解释和谈判

Familiar with the terms of the contract interpretation and negotiation

5.英语读写好

Good English reading & Writing.

6.具有良好的沟通协调能力、职业操守，强烈的敬业精神与责任感

Good at expression communication and coordination skill, professional with sense of responsibility, positive mindset and principle.

As a safety system provider, the company HIMA has made a major step forward to realize our commitment to our customers in China by setup HIMA (Shanghai)Safety System Co.,Ltd. since 2002. After 10 years of development , the company has grown up into a strong organization with about 220 employees covering project management ,engineering, programming , integration , testing and commissioning service .

The approximately 3000 M2 Office and 3000 m2 Workshop composes the Engineering Center of China managing and coordinating National Wide Projects. At present , the company is becoming a Sino-German JV with mother company HIMA holding the majority share.
