Job Description
1.Develop and implement short and long term strategies to support and grow the sales of company
2.Develop/expand good relationships with key accounts, and lead the company towards sustained profitable growth
3.Ensure the company's annual operating priorities, sales revenue and profitability goals for VDO&ATE product
4.Ensure alignment with Segment Strategic Plan regarding market research, customer input, and competitive analysis to define future product needs.
5.Establish execution plans and define programs which support business development and increase market share within target market.
6.Support the business on marketing and branding needs in defined region for VDO&ATE product
7.Defines sales objectives to achieve targets
Requirements
Bachelor degree, major in Engineering or marketing
Understanding of aftermarket industries and management of distribution channels
Strong knowledge of pricing, margins, discounts and overhead/cost structures
Good knowledge about automotive electronic product or fuel system
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a technical environment, with multiple projects and customers
Fully developed negotiation skills
3 years or above experience in the automotive aftermarket sales function
