1. Meet or exceed sales target and drive team to increase LED business.

2. Manage, maintain and grow assigned customer base.

3. Develop a clear understanding of customer business: products, services and organization

4. Participate in coordinating Regional/Global Quote and Cost Down exercises.

5. Identify and involve LED Registration Parts in bidding RFQs

6. Get involved in all Transfer Business inbound or outbound.

7. Negotiate and close business with customer.

8. Meet commitments made and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers and colleagues.

9. Work closely with marketing to ensure all relevant criteria have been considered prior to issuing a quote.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Bachelor Degree in any discipline

2. Over 5 years sales experience in LED industry, with proven successful sales record

3. Over 3 years supervisor/manager role

4. Solid knowledge about LED and related components

5. Good communication and management skills

6. Result-oriented, good negotiation abilities
