JOB DESCRIPTION:
1.Owner of NPI projects in engineering phase.Responsibilities include leading team to complete all preparation work for build, detail build planning, resolving process / yield / quality issues, making on time delivery, and necessary documents submissions per customer requirements.
2.During project build, engage with operation in planning capacity, equipment and layout planning for ramp and mass production planning.
3.Professional communications needed both internally (team) and externally (customers) that would lead a clear understanding of the target team needs to accomplish, and keeping customer in tact on project status.
4.Report to NPI Manager & NPI Director on project details and escalate if issues are not resolved in time. Ensure project closure and reach targets before ramp for production.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
1. 3-5 years minimum program management experience.
2. Strong in Technical / Engineering Skills.
3. Strong in leadership skills.
4. Fluent in English.
