Responsibilities:
1.Define media supply system SOP, PM & schedule, define strategic management and development plan for these system
2.Take responsibility of M&E system management, maintenance, trouble shooting, technical support and renovation
3.Take responsibility of civil work, building structure, interior decoration management, maintenance, technical support and renovation
4.Take responsibility of administration management including canteen, house keeping, shuttle bus, office layout planning and department SAP system management
5.Maintenance and utility budget planning and controlling, system optimization, continuous improvement activities, CO2 reduction
6.Support of all kinds of internal and external audit, coordinate with government about policy and technical support; familiar with national standard & policy and release them to internal
7.Related renovation and extension project management
Requirements:
1.At least 3 years experience in either equipment maintenance or facility maintenance
2.Engineering degree mechanical/electrical or civil
3.English intermediate level
