Job Responsibilities:
1.Customer audit/visit coordination work inside of the plant, and support sales to get qualification for the plant;
2.Certificate audit support;
3.Quality department reporting work for the plant, including quality department KPIs follow-up work;
4.On-site support to customers around of Chengdu;
5.8D coach coordination (assign 8D coach to support on concrete 8D) and 8D rating coordination;
6.Training Coordinator (requested by HR): to provide ESD/product liability training to new employees (30 working hours/year);
7.Support process quality engineer when necessary;
Qualification Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree and above;
2.Mechanical/electronic relevant major;
3.Fluent oral English;
4.5 years work experience, 3 years or above customer quality experience, experience on automatic industry is a plus;
5.Good knowledge on TS16949;
6.Good Knowledge on quality tools: 8D, FMEA, QC tools;
7.Good communication skills;
