Job Summary
This position is designed for leading customer demand planning and coordinating customer order fulfillment process. Customer Logistics Planner plays a key role in the interface between customer and RBAG, be overall responsible for customer demand fulfillment service, demand fluctuation control and OTD (on time delivery) performance, therefore ultimately contribute to internal KPIs and customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities
-Be overall contact window for responsible customers with regard to supply chain issues.
-Customer demand planning according to standard planning process, responsible for the accuracy of short-term and long-term demand planning.
-Daily delivery planning and ship according to the plan, responsible for customer fluctuation control and inventory control.
-System data maintenance to ensure the reliability of relevant information in SAP system.
-Team work to ensure effective and efficient problem solving.
-Proactively involved in CIP (continuouse improvement projects) activities to archive better results.

-Bosch representative to relevant customers regarding logistic topics
-Act as internal customer to manufacturing

Work related requirements
Fluent English, German is prefered.
Bachelor degree or above. Degree Thesis is supply chain management related.
>3 years working experience in automotive industry with mass production status;
Experience in logistics, sales or purchasing is preferred;
Lean logistics knowledge e.g. pull and leveling system;
Project management skill;
Basic knowledge of finalce and controlling;
Basic statistic knowledge
