岗位职责：
1、带领团队完成业绩目标
2、制定销售计划 （根据公司下达的销售任务，制定本部门的销售计划，包括：人员计划、人员目标分解计划等）
3、部门内员工的培训，激励销售人员的工作斗志、培训部门内员工掌握产品和销售的技能。
4、营造有战斗力和学习力的团队氛围

任职资格：
1、大专及以上学历，有3年以上服装行业销售管理工作经验；
2、熟练运用电脑，能运用分析工具进行销售数据、库存数据的分析；
3、有较强的市场开拓能力，以及很好的沟通能力；
4、吃苦耐劳，认真负责，热爱销售工作，愿意接受挑战；
