工作任务与职责:

1. 在电话上为客户提供各类旅游服务；

2. 处理客户的各类咨询，包括：订座，搜索，网站，等等；

3. 处理客户的各类要求，包括：取消、修改订座，退票，行李，座位、餐类选择，付款，签证办理等等；

4. 处理GDS的信息队列以及供应商的信息；

5. 安排客户提出的其他旅游产品要求，包括：酒店，租车，保险，签证等等；

6. 在需要时为其他同事提供协助；

7. 向客户部主管汇报。

要求：

1. 大学本科毕业，旅游专业毕业者优先考虑；

2. 至少1年客户服务或是呼叫中心的工作经验。在旅游界做过者优先考虑；

3. 没有工作经验者则需要证明自己的独立工作，快速学习的能力，并能在高压环境下工作并且可以有效完成任务。工作仔细认真；

4. 具有主观能动性，灵活、好学、喜欢高速发展和变化的工作环境；

5. 为人正直、责任心强、作风严谨、有较强的沟通协调能力和团队精神；

6. 英语优秀者优先考虑。

Job Description:

1. Service the customer through telephone hotline;

2. Handle all customer inquiries such as booking, search, website related issues etc;

3. Handle all customer enquiries such as ticket change, cancellation, refund, baggage, seat arrangement, meals, payments, visa request etc;

4. Handle queues in the GDS and messages with consolidators and the team;

5. Arrange non-air travel services such as hotel, insurance, car rental etc;

6. Offer assistance to team members whenever is required;

7. Report to the Team Lead of Operations, working in shifts possible.

Qualifications & Experience:

1. College graduates, preferably in Travel and Tourism related majors;

2. At leat 1 year's experience in Customer Service, preferably in Travel industry;

3. Inexperience individuals are encouraged to participate if you believe you are highly flexible, teachable, willing to learn and learn fast;

4. Able to work under pressure;

5. Attentive to details;

6. Native Chinese speaker, good English level a big plus.

1. Excellent written and verbal skills required;

2. Ability to put in extra time at nights and on weekends, when required;

3. Keen critical thinking skills and problem solving abilities;

4. Should & can work night shift;

5. Work harmoniously with peers in a multi-national team across different locations and time zones;

6. Excellent presentation and communication skill;

7. Self driven/ self motivated;

8. Smart, bright, willing to work hard, takes initiatives.
