Detailed responsibilities include but not limited to:

· Manages the HR activities for assigned Solution Areas

· Partners with business leaders to implement business and HR strategy

· Diagnoses organizational effectiveness gaps and designs and deploys interventions that enhance overall effectiveness, while managing business/employee risk

· Drives talent management processes, including identification and development of key talent, as well as overall performance management initiatives within the organization

· Provides performance/behavioral coaching to leadership and key managers

· Coordinates activities and direction through highly matrixed relationships

· Leads internal projects and develops work plan. Identifies and mitigates risks. Helps procure internal and external resources

· Works together with the HR team to develop, improves local HR rules and guidance

· Employee relationship management

Specific Knowledge/Skills Required:

· A minimum of 7 years of progressive career experience in Human Resources and a minimum of 3 years business partner experience

· The ability to think strategically and execute plans/programs.

· Proven track record in developing collaborative partnerships with HR functions, management, outside vendors, and government agencies that drive results

· Strong written and verbal languages skills (English is a must), and presentation skills to effectively represent the company

· A strong sense of urgency, a high degree of initiative, and the ability to lead and/or participate in cross-functional teams

· Strong analytical, consultation and negotiation skills to identify areas of improvement and work with internal customers to develop appropriate solutions.

· Solid knowledge about China Labor Law and related policies

· Ability to work in a matrixed organization and a customer-oriented, fast-paced, quality-driven, and demanding environment

· Bachelors Degree in related field is required
