职位描述
岗位职责：
1、协助总工程师制定研发部各项规章制度，做好各项研发战略及年度研发工作计划。
2、参与新产品开发的可行性论证，对新产品开发过程实施监督、控制，确保新产品开发工作顺利进行。
3、开发流程的制定和监控。
4、拟定本部门开发费用预算并加以控制。
5、负责产品整体结构、零部件的详细设计。
任职要求：
1、三年以上LED照明行业的工作经验，同时必须要有两年以上照明产品结构设计相关管理经验。
2、能熟练使用AutoCAD、Pro-E（或Solidwork 、Solidedge)等相关软件。
3、具有出色的组织协调能力、分析判断能力、逻辑思维能力、观察能力、应变能力，较强的执行力及领导管理能力。
