Part-time Trainer/Coach/Facilitator

Responsibilities

1. Provide training/coaching/facilitation service to corporate clients;
2. Draft proposals that match client needs and requests;
3. Provide training/coaching/facilitation pre and post program support according to the terms of service contracts;
4. Maintain high quality results for every training/coaching/facilitation event they are contracted to deliver;
5. Submit program evaluations and post program accounting forms in a timely manner after every program;
6. Design and maintain your own training/coaching/facilitation materials.

Qualifications (major, experience, skills)

1. At least 5 years of training/coaching/facilitation experience;
2. At least 4-year college degree;
3. Specific skills/knowledge that can be transferred to clients from training/coaching/facilitation programs;
4. Preference for candidates with certification in training, assessment, coaching and facilitation;
5. Fluency in either English or Mandarin Chinese is a requirement;


兼职培训师／教练／辅导员

工作职责

1. 向企业客户提供培训／教练／辅导服务；
2. 起草符合客户需求的方案；
3. 根据服务合同条款,提供培训／教练／辅导服务前后的支持；
4. 保证自己所提供的每个服务项目的质量；
5. 每次培训／教练／辅导项目结束后及时提交项目评估表与项目费用列表；
6. 设计与管理自己的培训／教练／辅导材料。



任职要求(专业,经验,技能)

1. 至少有五年培训／教练／辅导经验；
2. 本科及以上学历；
3. 具备专业的技能或知识，并能通过培训／教练／辅导项目传递给企业客户；
4. 优先考虑具备培训、评估、教练、辅导方面技能认证的人员；
5. 至少英语或中文流利。
