Key Accountabilities:
1.Set up China test team and test management system (policy, rule, procedure, flowcharts and etc.).
2.Lead China test team to work with global test team/development team on identifying test requirement, test tools/process and test automation to drive high quality product test execution to serve clients.
3.Acts as Single Point of contact and Accountable for all Test Deliverables at the Program Level
4.Direct performance on all programs to meet and exceed all client and company expectations.
5.Ensure SLA is achieved for multiple clients.
6.Manage successful business transition;
7.Develop and/or direct the proper flow of communication between various departments to ensure all client and company goals are attained.
8.Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
9.Consistency of Policy and/or Operational execution of process and procedures.
10.Identify Risk and Issues raised based on the Test Metrics and develop BCP.
11.Review Change requests and Reporting Templates
12.Develop team on required skillset with a focus on domain knowledge, enable innovation in the team
13.Provide mentoring, coaching to direct staff and indirect staff in order to bring our talent to next level

Job Requirements:
1.At least 8 year(s) working experience in QA field with at least 3 years as a QA manager.
2.Must possess at least a Bachelor's degree.
3.Experienced with QA business service management;
4.Experienced with team set-up for new business transition;
5.Experienced with quality system building, such as ISO20000, ISO27000, CMMI, ITIL and etc.;
6.Experienced with SLA management;
7.Experience of cost management preferred;
8.Experience of working with North America clients preferred;
9.Strong people management capability;
10.Willingness/capability to be a hands-on manager in the starting phase of the team;
11.Proficient English capability (oral and written);
12.Willingness to accept middle/evening shift to night shift;
13.Customer – oriented;
