Job Summary工作内容
For higher risk assignments, creates test documentation, including test strategies, test plans, test cases and test summary reports and uses risk based analysis to set test objectives.,Provides coaching and mentoring to the team on testing related processes and best practices.,Implements process improvements. 创建测试文档，包括测试策略，测试计划，测试用例和测试总结报告，并使用基于风险的分析，设定测试目标。为团队提供培训和指导的团队测试相关流程并实现流程的改进。

Job Requirements (Knowledge/Skills/Competencies) 任职资格:
1.3-5 yrs business systems analysis and/or development experience, testing experience. 3-5年的业务系统的分析和/或开发经验，测试经验
2.Working towards QA Certification *( CSTE – Certified Software Test Engineer; CSQA – Certified Software Quality Analyst; ISTQB, CSPM – International Software Testing Qualification Board) 取得质量相关认证证书(CSTE – CSQA, ISTQB，CSPM)
3.Strong technical skills in designing test tool scripts.在设计测试工具脚本方面有较强的技术能力
4.Experience applying risk based testing principles to projects,有丰富的风险的测试原理经验
5.Strong planning, organization, risk management,较强的计划,组织,风险管理经验
6.Strong English reading and writing communication skills 较强的英语阅读能力
7.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills 较强的分析能力、解决问题能力和构思能力
8.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. 能承受工作压力并在规定期限内完成任务
9.Ability to convert complex user requirement into technical specification 能将复杂的用户需求转化为技术说明文档
10.Ability to anticipate potential problems, determine and implement solutions. 能预计潜在的问题，决定并实施解决方案
11.Willingness to accept middle/evening shift to night shift; 愿意接受多班次工作,工作结束时间在凌晨2-4点
