General Principal Responsibilities:
Organization and planning of resources assigned to his area depending on internal targets as volumes, profitability and targets agreed with the customer (SLA's).
Senior escalation level of customer communication: Incidents, changes, requests, requirements etc.
Leadership, motivation and guidance of the professional development of OPMxy and below
Responsible for implementations, changes and Go-Lives
Generation of additional business opportunities, after sales, extension of services, change requests etc.
Interface to principal elements of the organization (Operations, technique, administration, HR, etc.).
Active participation in continuous improvement process and provision of solutions in the optimization of procedures and resources. Optimization of existing and suggestion of new processes.
Implement the business strategy into operational areas
Negotiation with internal and external parties
Responsibility for delivering against the strategy and objectives on a consistent basis to meet predetermined scope, timeline and costs
General Education and Knowledge
University degree. Management skills.
Strong leadership profile
Future and result oriented. Commercial and negotiation skills.
Handling of common IT applications: Excel, Word, etc. and communication center tools
Planning, organization and effective time management.
Mandatory first language and fluent English
Job experiences: min. 5 years
Key Activities:
