b. Fulfill excellent Credit Control
c. Improve Walter’s customer service level, especially in operating process and execution, and expand impact of Walter trade mark in China market.

Requirements of ideal candidate
1. Bachelor degree majored in mechanical background and above.
2. English: CET 6 and above
3. Work experience in mechanical industry: 3 years and more
4. ERP sytem experience, SAP preferable
5. Good communication skill

2.Create and develop customer service system, analysis and develop existing operating process on the basis of feedback from customer and Sales En-gineer
3.Cross department cooperation
4.Cross department communication
5.Communication between Walter intra-group vendors and Walter Wuxi on product quality.
6. Maintain high customer retention rate.
7. Promote Customer Orientation culture within the organization.
8. Active Customer and lost/dead customer survey
9. Data analysis (for such as customer behavior, sales volume change)
10. Implementation of company’s credit control guideline.
